Professional Experience
During his undergraduate studies, Keenan worked as a veterinary assistant. Following graduation, he spent two years working as a quality control technician at Neogen Corporation. Keenan then spent the next five years working in the virology department of the Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory at Michigan State University. After deciding to pursue education, Keenan began teaching biology and chemistry at Washtenaw Technical Middle College.
Kennan will begin his third year of teaching biology at Washtenaw Technical Middle College in Ann Arbor, Michigan, during the 2023–2024 school year.
Hobbies
Kennan enjoys performing improv. He first discovered his love for teaching through improv, and has been performing at Go Comedy, an improv comedy theater, for a couple of years. Additionally, he loves watching sports and bonds with his dad through their love of Irish Rugby, which they frequently watch together.
