Stephanie’s Story
Stephanie joined the Knowles Teacher Initiative in July 2012. As Chief Operating Officer, she oversees the organization’s day-to-day operations, including technology, human resources, marketing, accounting, and programmatic support. Stephanie is committed to increasing Knowles’ impact by enhancing processes, optimizing resources, and leveraging analytics to drive informed decision-making and ensure the organization’s infrastructure supports its mission.
Before transitioning to the nonprofit sector, Stephanie spent over a decade in marketing and operations leadership roles at Metrologic Instruments, Inc. and later Honeywell, where she honed her expertise in marketing and brand management, customer relations, and organizational management —skills she continues to leverage at Knowles.
